By browsing our website, booking an ambulance, consulting a healthcare professional, or utilizing any of our features, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must refrain from using the platform immediately.

2. Services Provided

Doctro operates a comprehensive digital healthcare and emergency mobility technology platform providing access to:

• Ambulance Booking: On-demand 5-minute emergency ambulance dispatch and non-emergency patient inter-facility transport.
• Doctor Consultation: Telemedicine video/audio consultations and in-clinic appointment scheduling with registered medical practitioners.
• Lab Tests & Diagnostics: Doorstep clinical diagnostic sample collection and digital delivery of certified laboratory test reports.
• Health Check-ups: Preventive health screenings, corporate wellness camps, and periodic comprehensive body check packages.
• Pharmacy Services: Prescription medicine ordering, verified dispensing through licensed retail pharmacies, and express doorstep delivery.

While Doctro leverages cutting-edge logistical algorithms to ensure swift dispatch, stated arrival times are realistic estimates and can be influenced by severe weather, high traffic density, or road closures beyond our control.

3. User Responsibilities

Users of our services agree to uphold high standards of integrity and responsibility:

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide exact, current, and truthful personal details, contact numbers, medical symptoms, and pickup addresses during bookings.
• Proper Use: You agree to utilize the platform strictly for bona fide medical assistance and legitimate healthcare needs.
• Prohibition of Misuse: Initiating fraudulent bookings, hoax emergency dispatches, harassing dispatch drivers or medical personnel, or attempting to compromise platform security is strictly prohibited. Any misuse will lead to immediate service suspension and severe legal prosecution under the Indian Penal Code.

4. Limitation of Liability

Please note the following critical terms regarding clinical responsibility and platform scope:

• Facilitation Role: Doctro operates as a digital technology aggregator connecting users with independent licensed ambulance operators, healthcare providers, diagnostic labs, and pharmacies. Doctro itself is not a hospital.
• Does Not Replace In-Person Medical Advice: Digital consultations and triage tools do not replace direct hospital emergency room treatment in cases of severe trauma, stroke, cardiac arrest, or acute life-threatening situations.
• Limitation of Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Doctro Health Private Limited shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from third-party delays, road closures, network outages, or uncontrollable logistical factors.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights associated with the Doctro platform—including text, graphics, user interface designs, visual layouts, logos, brand trademarks, and proprietary source code—are owned exclusively by Doctro Health Private Limited. Unauthorized duplication, reverse engineering, republishing, or distribution without explicit prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be construed and governed in all respects in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or related to these terms or use of the Doctro platform shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
