Users must provide accurate location and contact information during emergencies. Misuse of the emergency ambulance booking feature may result in account termination and potential legal action.
While Doctro ensures the rapid dispatch of certified ambulances, we are a technology aggregator. We shall not be held liable for traffic delays, unforeseen medical complications, or events beyond our reasonable control.
